CRPS symptoms

Aug 18, 2016 10:17 AM

I have less temperature differences between affected vs non affected limbs. My skin on the affected limb no long shows skin color changes. However I am experiencing more muscle cramps and flare ups. Do I still have CRPS?

CRPS is chronic, meaning it NEVER goes away. It does sound like you have gone from "flare" (temperature/color changes, etc) to "non-flare". I was told that I'd likely always hurt but not at the unbearable cannot-even-tolerate-the-slightest-breeze agony that I experience when I am flaring.

That's exactly how my symptoms have progressed. I am still disabled with the level of pain, but it's a lot better than the acute phase.
