I can’t afford gluten free but I did try.. didn’t change much for me. I only eat rice anyway which is gluten free in a way so I suppose I maintain the habit.. no cakes or bread either. I take vitamin b complex and it changed my life..the pain doesn’t go away no but somehow it changed how low I feel
My mother has fibromyalgia and a myriad of other conditions. She did go dairy free for a few months because I am lactose intolerant. Dairy free actually made her symptoms of Fibromyalgia worse, so had to start consuming dairy again.
I recommend the paleo, my neice has fribro and is a different person since she went GF and dairy free, also no white sugars such as corn , potato, cane. I use raw sugar, but buy it with origin of the country you live in. My stomach can't handle any but US grown. But person note it helps with my nerve pain and my GI track.
