Thanks for tip Lulabel😍

Lulabel is right, ginger is fabulous-either the essential oil (put a little on a cotton ball, sniff a needed), candied (or like you would get with sushi), When my Dad was on chemo for his nausea (I kid you not) they used benadryl-apparently it worked well with the drugs he was on. It got to where they would say they were going to go get it and he would fall asleep LOL. For dizziness, Ask your dr about dramamine--it's been a Godsend for me. My pain will set off vertigo, and instead of dizziness like a 'normal' person, it feels like I'm on a rocking ship on high rough season keep saying who needs to go on a cruise, I just wait for vertigo to visit and I'm visiting a new Port (humor helps me a lot, sorry). Both benadryl & dramamine are over the counter, just tell your dr.

Newfibrogirl my older sister is going through chemo and she is getting Benedryl and she was also given a prescription for antinausea Medication. I don't know if you like spicy things because ginger candy, although it tastes good, I had to spit out because it burned my mouth. I hope you get some relief and that the doctor can give you something to help your belly feel better. In the meantime, rest and try to feel better. Hang in there. {{{Hugs}}}πŸ’•πŸ™πŸ»πŸŒ»πŸ˜Š

@ Lulabel & Poods, thanks for sharing the alternate ginger ideas! I didn't know about these.

Newfibrogirl, I'm glad you were able to go to PT yesterday. I hope today is an easier day on you. I take Meclizine or Valium for my vertigo. Maybe your doc could give you a small dose of one or the other. The dizziness certainly adds to the nausea. Take care of yourself. Hugs love & prayers this time will pass quickly for you! πŸ™‚πŸ’•πŸ™πŸŒΈ
