Nope sorry. I don't sleep either. I'll go 2 or 3 weeks with getting a couple hours. Then I'll get 1 night of 6 or 7 hours then 2 or 3 weeks with only a couple and the cycle continues. I've pretty much given up
I think I do for the first 3 hours or so. I wake up so early (4am) I go to bed at 8-9 o'clock. I just relax as much as I can. Relax my mind. I have a radio on. It helps me relax. I want to start meditating if I knew how.
Deep sleep doesn't exist anymore. I knew I had an issue with it but it was confirmed in 3 sleep studies. I don't reach REM sleep. On top of that I have a house where it's only quiet for 3-4 hours at a time. One son gets up at 4am so he can have some uninterrupted time. The other son gets a shower at 5:30am and 9pm. My husband gets up around 6:30 after letting his alarm go off 3-4 times. He also has sleep/sinus issues and is up and down all night and he is not quiet. Then the final straw is a dog with separation anxiety and won't go out without someone watching. So maybe 1-3 hours max at a time
Oh my goodness!!! I thought I was alone fighting this illness. The pain is unbearable! I've been in a flare since August of 2016. I have Administration to thank for it! Why do we have to look sick for people to BACK OFF?
I am able to find some comfort on Musi and Utube. I search meditation spoken and music type. I love different types of music that help calm me down. I recently downloaded Tamela Mann . If you like religious music , try it.
