I can’t seem to get out of depression. I can just sit on the couch 24/7. I don’t eat much. I never sleep.

I’m not sure what’s going on. I have a lot of stress. And no money. I think that’s most of it. And to add the pain to it on top of it.

Unfortunately it is part of chronic pain. Are you seeing a counselor or psychiatrist? It does make a difference. When we deal with chronic pain we start to lose our self esteem and feel useless and that is not true, it is just our brain screwing with us. Please seek help.

I think that the best thing to do is find a psychotherapist (counselor) to help you get through the tough times

Hang in there. It’s okay to not be okay. Take time to grieve and when you’re ready, make a plan to move forward. Even if it’s small things like showering, eating, accomplishing one goal.

I am so sorry. I know that feeling all to well. I feel helpless. Things that come normal to others becomes.a.task..I get depressed too. Cuase even on good days I feel I shouldnt Do much Becuase it will definitely spike the pain.
