Does anyone suffer from a nausea flare (i have fibromyalgia) so if i catch a cold/flu in winter i then end up with terrible nausea, no appetite, acid reflux and rapid weight loss... this lasts anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. But my system then goes back to normal, as time rides it out. Just wondering if anyone else gets these chronic nausea flares and also what food intolerances youve had since fibromyalgia?
I notice i can no longer tolerate sugary things, nor dairy, or gluten so i basically live off fruits and vegetables which is good as i cant seem to stand meat anymore either! Its so strange how much my body has changed! Just like to know youre food/nausea experience thanks!

I don’t have fibromyalgia. (It is a possible diagnosis though). I have always had a sensitive stomach. I have irritable bowel syndrome and have an intolerance to fructose. My boyfriend says I’m almost always complaining of being nauseous. I did try a new supplement. It’s for pregnant women it’s basically just a ginger supplement but it help calm down my nausea. I also take probiotics and drink probiotic juices to help.

I have just been diagnosed with Fibro on top of everything else. I've had nausea on and off and my Doc prescribe medicine for me to take whenever I need it. I had the nausea before I was diagnosed with Fibro but who knows how long I've had that. I'm not much help but just thought I'd share.
