Hi MM 🌹
Keep doing ur pain diary on this app... so u have a 6week, daily record! This can be printed out and handed to ur doctor, as a quantifiable, black n white (&colour) diagnostic tool... they always like paper! Go to ur GP and ask for a referal to ur pain team...if nothing else, and u r in pain... u deserve to have access to them at least! It took me over 10years to find the right Doctors for me... i go thru them like billio! Lol dont take no for an answer... but dont be emotional... be proactive and learn. Take notes and present ur case in a realistic manor... i dont speak "consultant" persay... but i try with acturate representation, and take a witness to appointments so u cannot be fobbed off! U will get there sweetie 😚

⚘I collect alternative therapies that do have an impact on my pain... dear lord squats were not one of them 🤗

I was told many things that were of no use... its disappointing for sure sweetie 😚

Really dont know what to do... have asked cab about leaving work but we shall see what they say

Good luck 🌹
I hope they can give u good advice. 🤗 my CAB was second to none (another issue)... also the PALS up the hospital... or even the Primary Care Trust (PCT)... they are over the consultants and all hospital and GP and everything. Lol i went to my MP with one consultant issue... he had to take early retirement! He was a MF tho 😉 (sorry for that but needless to say...he earned that one all by himself) 🤗xx

MysticMum, does it give you any relieve at all if you got in a hot bath?? Perhaps, take a hot bubble bath (or Epsom salts) and then turn off the lights, burn some aroma therapy candles and turn the lights out. (Oh, and don't forget the music!!) if I could still get my fat ass in the tub, I'd do it myself because it worked. Other things include gentle stretches, walking short distabces, even if just a bit round the house. Perhaps some breathing exercise along with guided meditation meditation. They all help for distraction and can bring you pain lower. Hope these suggestions have been even a bit of help. {{{{Hugs}}}}💕🙏🏻🌻😊

Mysticmum, I was having severe imbalance and weaknesses in my legs. They put me through PT to strengthen my leg muscles, which I didn't realize I was so weak. They helped me not only strengthen my leg muscles, but also learn how to correct my imbalance if I went to stagger or fall. It was very much worth doing the therapy. Have you considered PT? It might help. I went through my orthopedist. Hugs love & prayers you get a good doc to help you soon! 🙂💕🙏🌸
