I am in south east Texas near the Gulf Coast and that is how I feel with allergies. With all the sinus drainage, I get nauseated often. I rotate my antihistamine / decongestants otherwise they stop working. Typically when I am light headed it can be traced back to fluid in my inner ear. When allergies are bad you can actually see fluid running down your throat and that will make you nauseated. Not sure if allergies are your problem but it sure sounds like it could be. Allegra D or Claritin D usually solve the problem for me.
Are your eyes twitching? I mean, when you're focusing on something, do your eyes want to pull in one direction, and not stay where you want them to stay? It could be a middle ear infection. I get them several times a year. Unfortunately nothing can be done for it. It will go away in 10-14 days.
I'm weak and in pain too. My muscles and body hurts. It feels like a deep down to the bone ache. My toes and fingers tingle. My eyes don't pull but they do hurt behind the eye when I move them. I also have a band of pain/tightness that wraps around my midsection from right under my breasts to the top of my hips.
If you've already tried regular meds to help you than you might want to try some natural tinctures online. There are many natural herbs that helps with many of these things if you look them up. I've been using kava root, teasel root, CBD oil and ashwagandha to help me with some of my symptoms from my CRPS/RSD, Lyme and gastroparesis and they really help unlike pharmaceuticals I've tried.
