So I have been thinking, I have a blog group on Facebook where I talk about how I deal with the conditions I have and how they affect me and I have found the support from it amazing.
So my question is do any of of you have a blog etc and have you found them to help you cope? Xx

I TRIED to start a support group among people I knew from church who were chronically ill, but nobody opens up. Nobody but me talks about the real struggles. It made me really sad, but then I found you guys/gals and I see I'm NOT alone!

Kittypain, I couldn't be happier for you that you found us and that we seem to be helping you. Always remember that you can vent, share info, stories, cry, laugh or whatever you need to do that particular post. There are no judgements here and we're all here struggling through pain each and every day. 💕🙏🏻🌻

I do both. F B and blog. It helps as long as you keep it positive. Find the funny in ,it all.places like this are for the support when things are negative. Remember there are people who prey on bloggers. And a lot of haters too. So if you think of blogging be careful there are also copyright laws and new web laws out there. I started with writing essays on ythe computer which I share with my doctor before I share with the family. If you send me a email at zetarlov @gmail.com I will share my link so you can look at mine. I stop all negative comments from being viewed.i really do suggest you keep things private until you have done several essays to yourself .

I don't blog or FB due to the unnecessary drama.
