I am recovering from multiple thoracic spine fractures, 5 damaged discs and pelvic fractures from 2 years ago. My physio bought a DMA reformer so she can do clinical Pilates. Some days I pull up really sore. The lower lumbar exercises exacerbates my thoracic spine vice versa. So it is a constant re-modify program depending on what hurts the most. I go twice a week and have hands on treatment as well. I'm waiting for the pain meds to kick in so I can sleep. What do you to ease the pain in between physio and clinical Pilates?
