Does anyone else experience this type of pain?

Feb 17, 2016 11:20 AM

I have had this since I have become sick. It is a traveling pain that will start sometimes in my gut and travel up to my neck or jaw. It is slow moving ...starts almost Asa knot...goes throughout my body and stops me in my tracks. All I can do is cry out. I tense up and cry because of the severity and do not move until it passes. For awhile they were infrequent...then the frequency increased. Happen when I am awake or sleep. I can not stop them. I just have to bare through it. Which I do not do well. I call them my pain attack. I have had several this morning....today. Anyone else experience anything like that? Do you know what they are caused by? My doctor doesn't. seem concerned. Says it could be caused by my medicine or illness.

Mysisterskeeper, I have not. And I'm very sorry you are going through this. Do you have bowel issues, or gall bladder? I have IBS-C, and sometimes when I'm constipated I get terribly sharp pains when the stool is at a bend in the intestines. But it only lasts a few seconds, and never repeats. Hugs & prayers it will resolve! 🙂🙏💕🌼

Symptoms remind me of gall bladder as FlappysLady81 said.

I do, but mostly because my neck is sensitive, and everywhere else already has nerve pain. It's horrible.

Well my first thought was of course Cardiac, you are my age right my sister's keeper? The gallbladder could be it as well, but please go to the ER if you have thisbtypenof pain again...at least let the staff rule it out...always be safe when it comes to those symptoms.
