Does anyone with fibro talk in their sleep?

Dec 10, 2015 11:28 AM

I talk in my sleep every night. It's mostly jibberish, but I can actually hear myself at times, but can't seem to keep my mouth shut. Lol. Just wondering if anyone else does this? I've read in different articles that it may be a symptom that goes with fibro, or just the medications. I used to talk and walk in my sleep when I was little. But I stopped for years, until this past year. My daughter hears me in her room I mumble so loud. Lol. Just another sleep disturbance? I'm really starting to irritate everyone else's sleep. Smh

I don't have the Fibro diagnosis yet, altho I think I have it. I talk in my sleep. In fact, it's so bad I've woken my husband up in a panic and made the cats run because I would suddenly scream or shout. Sometimes I'll have a mumbled argument with someone. He says mostly I swear lol. Like I'm in the middle of a fight and I'm just cursing someone out lol. I've actually been in a dream and been so scared that I screamed myself awake.

I have screamed and that was new. I've done that a couple of times. My bf was not amused. Also scratching into his shoulder. Also not amused lol

Yup lol. Not amused sums it up. I guess I sometimes flail around at night too. I tossed cats off the bed, kicked my poor hubby I the shins and knees. Don't think I've drawn blood yet lol.

I've been talking in my sleep for example last night I was talking about how there was someone in the fireplace trying to get out I don't think it was Santa!
