My BFF had drop foot from spinal issues and nerve impingements. She went to a chiropractor and it relieved the problem. Ask your doc first though, it may not be the way for you with nerve issues. Good luck. 💕🙏🏻🌻😊

Dani, there are several causes but drop foot itself is when you try to walk and you lift your leg to walk and the foot just kind of drops down (almost limp depending on how bad it is). It can be caused by a couple of things but mostly nerve related.

Thank you! this was for my boyfriend, he was ejected from a car and his muscles ripped from the bone, I'm seeking out ways to help relieve his pain. Any help is appreciated & have a beautiful day everyone (:

Hales22, I was suffering foot-drop badly last year, causing me to trip over my toes and fall. My doctor says mine is due to both neuropathy and muscle weakness. I was sent to physical therapy for balance & strength training in my legs for 12 weeks, and I'm glad to say that it has lessened the tripping episodes.

@ Danali101, foot-drop is where the foot literally drops, usually in the toe area and it can cause tripping, or you are unable to fully pick up the floor normally while walking. It signals something wrong and should be evaluated.
