Elbow pain

Jul 14, 2017 3:20 AM

Hi - I have had a pain in my elbow for a long time. It just doesn't go away in spite of repeated physio treatments. It seems to be either a tennis elbow or golf elbow. What can I do on my own to speed up recovery?

I had the same and got a cortisone shot but only lasted 3 weeks. Now my whole arm and wrist hurt. Doc said ibuprofen and ice.

It still hurts and the chiro now thinks it's from my neck. 😞

My physical therapy has my hand in a brace for my elbow pain. It does help as long as I'm easy with it. I do daily massages and light stretches to help heal the tensions and muscles .

Also try to play with silly putty. (Think I spelt that right )🤔🤔 or maybe a stress ball. That might help relieve some pain. Best of luck. Sending prayers your way 🤗🤗

Very similar to a stress ball, a melt ball, or foam roller. Melt methods myofascial release on the foam roller has been tremendously helpful for me. It's a really gentle too! Felt results within days. Good luck to you! 😊
