Hi - I have had a pain in my elbow for a long time. It just doesn't go away in spite of repeated physio treatments. It seems to be either a tennis elbow or golf elbow. What can I do on my own to speed up recovery?
Very similar to a stress ball, a melt ball, or foam roller. Melt methods myofascial release on the foam roller has been tremendously helpful for me. It's a really gentle too! Felt results within days. Good luck to you! 😊
