Tachycardia can be very dangerous. I have a question. I know it's winter and most don't feel like it, but are you hydrating enough? Dehydration will cause an elevated heart rate and will also cause other issues. Do you have any pain or feel breathless? If this is not normal for you, please call your doctor you don't want to mess with your heart. My resting heart rate is usually between 65-70. When I'm in bad pain it will go up but only to about 85. Sending {{{Hugs}}} and prayers that you're alright and that you feel better.πŸŒ»πŸ™πŸ»

Roselemonade, have you been taking any child or allergy meds? I've been sick for a month nearly, and my cold meds are giving me fits with my heart palpitations. There have been a couple of times it's felt like my heart was a jumping bean coming out of my chest. At the time it occurs I takes my breath. Please call your doc if it doesn't settle down and you can't connect it to anything. Hugs & prayers you'll be fine! πŸ™‚πŸ™πŸŒΌπŸ’•
