I live in North Carolina and we may have to evacuate if Irma heads this way. We are in a state of emergency starting tomorrow. I had my endoscopy done today and the found a hernia but it's not anything to worry about it's due to my acid reflux. Tomorrow is my MRI on my head to see if I have a tumor on my pituitary gland. Which I'm not to worried about because my thyroid could cause high prolactin levels but better to check anyway. I'm also going back to see the gynecologist cause I'm still having bad cramping going on. With his hurricane, it's making everything more stressful than it already is.
I understand we are still dealing with the aftermath of Harvey. I will cross my fingers for you. Almost a week after the storm. This is right behind my house. The tree down in the water is part of a beautiful walking path. The city plants fruit trees that we can all pick the fruit from as we enjoy the walking path. The water should go down over the next few days because the rivers have not all crested yet.
I pray everyone in the path of Irma is okay allot of my family is without power now and since the storm took a last minute turn, now my family is in the path of the eye of the hurricane. My nerves are rattled... I took a walk for about an hour hoping to calm them... This is so stressing!
I live in Georgia and spent my day securing everything in the yard. I even invited all on my support page in FL to come stay with me. So there won't be much sleep until this passes. I hate tornados and it looks like we will get some or strong enough winds that there will be damage. Got me some undies in zip bags just in case the roof gets ripped apart. Can't go to a hotel with soggy clothes, lol
