Hello all. Well after my big entrance yesterday (just took me nearly 5 mins to think of the word enterance), I've basically been a no show today. Even though my body is following orders my brain and mouth aren't. I've been stuck in a world where I either can't think a word or say a word. The amount of times I've had to go back and retype a retyped word is unbelievable. Thank goodness for predictive thingy, you know what I mean. So today I've just read everyone else's posts. I hope you don't mind. Off to sleep now my brain is switching back on lol.

That's okay. We all have days where we can't think, and the world can be all fogged over. Throw ADD into the mix, and you can have a really strange day. Weather guantes are weird right now, so I have a headache fog, but it's not too bad. Hope you can sleep,

Hey Sally. I'm sorry you are struggling today with finding words, etc. I know how that is because since I decided to get up this morning. (After about 1.5hr sleep), my mind won't let me focus. All week, being sick and exhausted, I haven't been able to truly rest. Now this morning, I jumped up and was shaking, in pain, have a migraine and to top it all off, cramps that would knock over a buffalo!!! Oh well, such is life, right!! LOL! So, I got up, showered, got dressed and I am in such a fog, I feel drunk or something. My BP is 133/79 and my heart rate is between 68 and 74, which is normal. I am having a bit of trouble doing almost everything. I'm actually having a problem keeping my eyes open. I guess I should be happy since I haven't been able to sleep. Now, I'm drifting in And out of sleep. It's not a restful sleep but at least it's sleep). Never worry about just reading posts. You just found us yesterday and you are finding out about us. The good thing is that you showed up and that you were checking out the posts. I hope that there was some stuff that made you smile, inspired you or boosted your spirits. Sending you many {{{{Hugs}}}} and my prayers that your day was a good one with less pain. 🌻🙏🏻💕

Hi Sally you sound clear to me but I know what you mean. I used to have a great memory--now it's like Groundhog Day if you saw the movie (at least I think that was the movie 😳). It is disconcerting, I'm sorry you're struggling but happy you're here. Welcome 💕
