Exams! Teenagers or encouraging comments needed 😔

I have my half yearlys (for my HSC) in a week and I'm so worried my pain is going to distract me from the things I need to do! Study or answer the questions during the exam!! Freaking out a bit 😔
I'm getting special provisions so I'll get time to stretch and walk around,ect.. But I don't know.. I just wish I didn't need to go through all this. Pain SUCKS.

Harris, I understand your frustration and the anxiety of how you may feel when the tests come up and how you are going to get through it. My mind always works way ahead of itself too. It's definitely a nightmare!!! The thing you need to try to do is tell yourself that the distraction of having to focus on the exams may take your mind off of your pain for a while. Perhaps you can take some time to do some breathing exercises with some quiet music playing and it may help you focus even more. I'm sorry you are suffering with such pain at such a young age. Perhaps there are others here who can offer you better advise than I can. I wish you the best and will say a prayer for you that all goes smoothly. 🌻🙏🌺

Harris I am so sorry that you are going thru all of this at your young age. Like Alwayz said try breathing exercises and soothing music, prayer never hurts I know from personal experience that if you clear your mind and concentrate only on breathing deeply thru your nose then slowly blow it out of your mouth helps me. It can calm your nerves and help you relax. It can help with the pain also. You won't be pain free but it may help take the edge off. Start practicing tomorrow if your exams start next week it will give you enough time to get profecient at it. I would listen to some classical music that will help you relax some, and by next week you won't need the music you will be able to automatically be in the zone. Good luck and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
