I was on Feb just over a year, and I found the "drama" too much. I came off and am much more relaxed. I research via Internet with much less stress, and more medically factual information.

I agree Flappyslady once I came off it I had time for me and it helps to focus on me. Its interesting how many people are getting tired of the drama. It cluttered my mind too much! Ha ha ha

I have Facebook, but I come here to talk about my condition with others in the same position. Facebook is just a bunch of pix of my active friends jogging, kayaking, surfing.....I come here when I'm not up for all that being shoved at me.

That's true too.

I joined an OA support group, and knee replacement group on FB, they are awesome. There may be some there also for any condition. They've for me, been a great support, we help each other a lot😊

Not really any drama on my fb page. My family know not to get into political arguments with me, and that's really the only drama that crops up. My friends are really great. :)
