Last exam for summer school today. I've done good all semester but I'm beyond fatigued. I went to bed early, slept theqhe night, but it doesn't feel that way at all. Pain is up too. I'm drinking tons of water but jut can't focus. Any suggestions. T minus 4 hrs till test and dr appt before

MyDogMMPain, a short 20 min 🐈 nap, then some gentle stretches to get the blood flowing, followed by a large coffee or caffeine drink. Good luck on your exam! 🙏🌼

It's the other way around a large coffee then a20 minutes nap so when the caffeine kicks in it will rejuvenate you

Momflyer, if I drink coffee first I can't sleep. Isn't it strange how doing things affect us all in different ways. 🙏🌼

At this point a nail really might be a good idea. Your body processes information while sleeping. I remember once being confused by a math problem enough to dream about it. My teacher became a game show host and I eventually figured it out.

Agreed with Ferret. I was so stressed sitting my exams back in uni, but after a nap, your mind tends to process better. All the farigue staying up all night you might force your mind into a mental block mode.
