Just try to rest and let your body sleep. Do some relaxation to see if you can get the muscles in your neck, upper back, & shoulders to loosen up & relieve some of the neck pain. Do you have any muscle relaxers? Hugs love & prayers you feel better soon!
Hi Amy 🌷 Have u tried a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel under the neck...🤔 or a tennis ball in a sock and gentley rolling it between u and the sofa.. a sock so u dont drop the ball... (and it disguises the ball from the dog lmao... otherwise i have a Staffy on my chest wanting to play!)🐕
