My right arm is burning and stinging worse than normal, just would like that dam person with my voodoo doll to leave me alone. Anyone get burning and stinging what do you do to ease it?

I can't help you with this I'm sorry, but I hope that it eases for you soon. Xx

I deal with that on a regular basis. Sometimes I use cool water to help with the burning. It doesn't always help but sometimes it does. I have RSD/CRPS so there isn't a lot I can do for these burning and stinging pains. I wish I could offer you more suggestions.

Lidocaine 5% ointment calms my burning some. I slather it on. Get 300g a month.

Thank you for your suggestions, think it gets worse when I get stressed.

It does get worse when stressed. Your body reacts to stress no matter what but when you have pain, it sure does exasperate it.

Some say Capsaicin. I've also used a sort of herbal spray called Miracle Mist - get it online. Also a rub made with medical cannabis can ease that "just punched" feeling.

Wellstuffit69, hi I was having the burning in my right arm real bad so my doctor ordered a MRI and I have arthritis and deterioration in it. No fun at all. My doctor is sending me to sports medicine for a shot in it. I'll see if it helps. Keep your chin up

Wellstuffit69, I get these sensations in my legs & feet. The longer I'm on my feet the worse it is. Gabapentin helps some. But I have vein reflux in my calves, from pelvic congestion in my abdomen, which causes swelling and blood circulation issues. I elevate my feet higher than my hips as often as possible which helps some. 🙂💕🙏🌼

If it is the skin that is burning and stinging, I was told by a doctor to to gently take a cloth, dry, and rub it back and forth to desensitize the nerves. It started to work for me but it all depends on the cause and location..

I have that too... In my arms and legs but I have not found anything that works. So I am making notes on everyone's suggestions here.

Yesterday was bad the burning just would not go away. I did a bit of dusting maybe that caused it. I also got red blotches all over my back, shoulders, neck and chest. They came and went about a few hours later.
