Lilmiss, it depends on what might be going on. I've had symptoms for years and in 2012 was diagnosed with fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis. This year I was diagnosed with Sjogrens & Hypothyroidism. I'm being sent to Mayo clinic to figure out what's causing weakness on my right side along with dizziness and mobility problems, & tremors. Sometimes it takes awhile to get the answers. Start journaling your symptoms daily, even when you feel good. See if there's common activity or weather triggwringbit. Also note what helps and doesn't help. Listen to your body. Research symptoms and note commonalities. It gets frustrating and tedious, but don't give up. The answers will come. Praying for you. 🙏🌼
All of your nerve branches come from your spine. When our back hurts we automatically change how we sit, stand sleep and walk. We tighten other muscle groups trying to compensate Then when things start settling down we notice other pains. How long has this gone on? Were you sick before this started? Do you know if your pain is muscle, nerve (feels shooting or like it is on fire) or bone pain?
Lilmiss I am sorry you are hurting g lime you are. I have a bad back and have had surgery on C5,6,7. I have been having a lot of pain in my rt shoulder in the muscle in upper arm just below the top of my shoulder down to my elbow and hand. My Neuro told me I had arthritis in my shoulder and tennis elbow. I am supposed to use asprcream and moist heat on it. It's crazy. Will be praying for you.
