Hi maybe I’m just feeling anxious about tomorrow. I know I have done them both before . I’m just hope that the shots work for my back .
Also the mammogram results are turning out good also ..I’m trusting though that everything will turn out just fine .
My fiancé just told me today that his Nephew wife just had a baby girl this morning the girls name is Harper Lynn. After my procedure we are going to see them .
I’ll let you know all the up dates later on wish me luck though for tomorrow ..but maybe a little nervous to who knows , I get this way till it’s all done with )))))
Hug gently to all have a nice evening Shore 🤗🤗🌈🌈❤️🙏 they did say the dr did if shots don’t work , maybe the surgery time options . So I’m pray that this will work out this time . Later hug 🤗 I ty for the support

Shore, I'm glad you had a nice day. Just be careful not to overdo your activities. You said you worked out after you got home. Does that mean exercises? You may be doing too much too soon after the injx, causing your pain to flare up. Anytime my pain doc gave me an injx into my spinal nerves, he instructed me to rest and take it easy for 3-5 days, meaning no exercises or being on my feet for long periods. I actually did too much too soon once and ended up needing another injx (I forget what it was called) to stop spinal fluid from leaking (was causing severe headache & pain). After that episode I made sure to rest & limit my activity.

I know you are worried about needing surgery; who doesn't worry when "surgery" is mentioned. Try and think positive, that the injx will help better than the last injx. In reality you may eventually need surgery, especially if you have anything pressing on a nerve, which could cause permanent nerve damage & pain. As scary as any surgery is, if you have to have it then being positive will help you in the healing process. Negativity and worry breeds more & more negative thoughts and worries. You have to focus on the positive. There's an old saying, "Never borrow sorrow from tomorrow." Take every day one at a time, and it will help you get through your bad days easier. Talk to your fiancee and your doctors about what's worrying you. If they don't know about it then they can't help you. Hugs love & prayers you have a good day today. 🙂❤🙏🌼

Hi Flappy I did what they said I rested up that day and I do talk to my friends and fiancé about it and pastor.
I’m just tired of being in pinching pain all the time and also wondering about invasive surgery.
I gtg now ty flappy for your advice and response. I am going to see a friend and lunch with my fiancé). Have a nice day .Shore❤️❤️🌈🙏🙏

I understand. Surgery is scary. Before you talk to your doctor make a list of all your concerns and questions you might have. For instance: what will they do during surgery? Where will the cut be and how big? Will you wear a brace following surgery, and if so how long? What will be your physical limitations after surgery? How long is the recuperation period? Will you need physical therapy after? These are questions I've asked before mine. Others may have other suggestions. Also ask if there are multiple invasive options for treatment.

Go enjoy lunch with your friend & fiancee! Hugs love & prayers you can relax this weekend and not even think about the procedure! 🙂❤🙏🌼
