Feeling panicky about pain control

Aug 16, 2016 4:40 AM

I'm frustrated because I can't seem to get the drs to see and understand my pain and thst the tramadol is really not working. I keep taking it because it's all they will give me. In the meantime I'm struggling. Any idea tips advice

I feel your pain, I feel as if my pain management dr is the same. But he states there will never be relief from fibro and no meds will help. I take cold showers to help with my pain. The cold feels good. I take lots of Tylenol and sneak Advil in here and there cause I'm not allowed NSAIDs . P ray you have relief soon

Maybe time to seek a second opinion?? What I do is distract my brain.. Watch things that interest you, do things that will entertain you for a while. (What I do is draw, write, design) try it out you may be very good at it. Also helps to change your perspective from seeing yourself as a sick person, to seeing your self as a ... Singer/songwriter with a chronic illness. 💞 besos
