Not sure what's happening just know I feel left out and ignored. Exhausted as as always and not getting any kind of break. My circle is getting smaller in some ways and feel as if I've out lived my usufulness. Physically im doing more activity but along with it comes more pain too. Seems alpointless to do all work of getting stronger when the pain just increases too.
So sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Pacing helps some. Google pacing and there's a lot of tips. Slow and Steady seems to be our motto. Hang in there, I know it can be tough. I have Fibromyalgia (and multiple conditions that come with it) currently in a long flare. Just wanted to encourage you :)
