I'm trying out three apps and one website right now.
Two for tracking pain
... (pain connections)-still getting the hang of this the community is very responsive. If u can give me some advice on how to navigate through it easily that would be great. I have bookmarked some things, responded on some topics,
...(manage my pain lite) - tracks your pain with a lil figure and u highlite just like this one. Has a free and paid option. Everyday u check boxes on a sheet as if u we're going to the Dr everyday. In a week or so u get a line graph of mood, pain, and something else... Fatigue I think... (´゜艸゜) you can write in comments ex: like if u went skydiving that day and sprouted wings, resulting in a rapid decline in fatigue and leg pain. You van actually enter your own unique symptom (ex: itchy hands) then after a few months you end up with a very thourogh professional spreadsheet of what it is to withstand and fight symptoms and still try to be you.. And u can send it to your Dr. （⌒▽⌒）
...And one for planning, reminders, appointments, routines, etc. (Anydo) - very flexible for people like us who need to be organized and reminded to be considerate of ourselves. It's almost like a more detailed daily planner and calendar. Has repeptative weekly alert options ex: remind you to meal prep for the week. You can postpone a task for when u can't do a mela prep that day
And a website (myfibroteam) - blog style, add your doctors and treatments that are fibro savvy, q+a tab, almost Facebook style but with chronic fibro people(´ヮ`)
