Hey there I’m 21 and newly diagnosed but I honestly think I’ve had it since I was at least 12 if not earlier I was never really a true kid because I was always so tired and fatigued but I am fortunate enough to own a business with my husband and it’s a mechanic shop so I do the books and things and fibro dog sucks I swear it’s like my mind isn’t here sometimes but I’m lucky enough not to have a boss to answer to but I understand I hate it and it makes all things hard but I think things like avoiding caffeine and sugar may help with it some

Hi! Thank you so much. I dont eat any sugar and only drink green tea to help inflammation in my body. Im so happy to hear things are good for you. Hopefully something comes out soon for fibro fog

I hope so!! It really cool seeing someone else that’s younger that has fibro I’ve had a hard time dealing with my age and fibro because I’ve felt like this is supposed to be my prime and I’m supposed to be full of energy and sharp minded and it’s like I’m the opposite so it’s nice to know I’m not alone out there

I completely understand! It makes me feel insane. I am 16 i shouldnt feel like a 60 year old women

Hahaha yesssss and although I have a super supportive family they don’t 100% understand I don’t think because it’s all new and I think sometimes they think I’m just being overly dramatic so it makes me feel like I’m crazy

I’m glad I’m not alone cause it’s hard when everyone thinks it’s just over exaggerating it really makes me wonder if it’s me but knowing someone else out there experiences the same thing helps me feel so much more sane
