Fibro fog and supper

May 19, 2016 7:03 PM

So my boyfriend called to check on me and see how I'm doing with the smoke from the Fort Mac fire rolling in and covering the entire city within a 5 minute time span. Luckily I got the windows all closed quick enough that I didn't get to sick. Anyways I was all upset because I'd planned on steaks and zucchini on the bbq but I can't go outside. Silly me couldn't figure out what else to do with my steak. I was going to grab a freezer meal and try again tomorrow. But now I'm having beef quesadills. Somehow I totally blanked on the fact that we bought tortillas yesterday and we have all the toppings. Somedays I don't think I would make it if I didn't have someone to give me ideas for what to eat.

It's a good thing you ate. Sometimes at the end of the day I start to feel strange and wonder what the heck is wrong and I realize that I hadn't eaten anything that day. It happens more days than not.. LOL!! You'd think I'd be the size of a stick figure but no such luck!! 😂😂😂

AlwayZ, we're in nature's cycle of middle-aged spread! 😉

Gotobef, I hear you. This goes on throughout the day for me.
I hope you are safe away from the fires.

I'm in Edmonton so I'm a fair distance away. And it's raining here. Yay! Haven't checked Fort Mac weather but I really hope they get some too.
Today I shattered a glass while trying to get paper towel. Saw it and then completely forgot it was there and knocked it onto the floor. It seems like it never ends. Oh well. I remembered to eat and made food without needing outside ideas today.
