Which mattress do you recommend, I wake every morning like I've been wrapped in cement and moving is like it breaking , gotta be an easier way to actually look forward to waking instead of dreading it even the night before.
thanks in advance 💐

Cnan, I'm sorry that you have to wake like that every morning. Many of the new beds they have out today are so costly, they actually let you make interest free payments for a couple of years but many don't have the income to do that. Unfortunately with my situation I have not been able to sleep in a bed for over 8 years. There are many times I long to lay down and snuggle pillows and blankets but it hurts too badly. So, my life has been turned into sleeping in a recliner. It never gives my spine the opportunity to decompress and it also makes you not move when you sleep so I wake very stiff and sore. I don't know what alternatives I could give you. I know that sleep number beds with the adjustable frame are supposed to be wonderful because of the many positions you can put the bed in. I wish you luck in finding the best bed for your situation. Sending positive vibes, gentle {{Hugs}} and prayers that you find your bed real soon so you can wake to better days. 💕🙏🏻🌻

Cnan..I csnt really help much either .I sleep on nonless then eight pillowe ass stacked up with a comforter under the pillows so basically I'm sitting up I also use a neck pillow and a bolster under my knees. So I'm in a reclined position but in bed. But I still wake up like u. I feel like I've been in a fight with twelve abfry migits and I lost. Hips ankles back shoulders elbows all stiff and achning some day I actually need help getting out of bed.i wish I know of a better way to sleep. I feel that contribute to my insomnia. I know I'm not gonna get food sleep and its gonna be painful. Even falling a sleep hurts. Good luck on Your hunt.

Thankyou ladies for your replies, I find if I sleep sat up I'm even worse but guess I'm blessed to be able to lay in my bed even though its painful the thought of staying up right is a nightmare for me due to other issues. I use a v pillow and pillows between my legs also as well as three pillows under the shoulders neck and head . if only we could all sleep on clouds that are the perfect comfort, support and snuggliness for us all. And be able to get ca good sleep . hoping and praying for you all. Love and gentle hugs ⛅💞

I love my memory foam mattress set, by Health Care, Crescendo model. It was expensive but it's worth every penny. It's not like some memory foam sets, where you can't roll over or have trouble getting out of the holes. This one is like sleeping on a firm bed, but with the comfort of added passing. And I don't overhear and sweat. 😷🙏🌼

My husband and I both have back problems, me with many more I'm patiently waiting y to get diagnosed for. We have a spring air mattress set. It's firm but it fills in spots. Like if you lay on your back it kind of cradles your rear so there's not a gap between you back and mattress.
