For those that have fibromyalgia, a couple of questions:
1. Regarding the spoon theory, if you do not use all your "spoons" one day can you use them the next day or does that cause you to do too much and then get worse? I guess I ask because on my down days of no work, or anything to do, I try to rest. But that means I want extra ability to do more thr next day or the next...! But I am wondering if that is causing me to be worse?
2. Do you do any kind of exercise and what works for you? I try to regularly stretch, and I walk at times, but do not have a routine. I would like to swim or try yoga... anyone have any luck with these? does it help your symptoms?
3. Massage- I try to get one every three weeks and pay myself, of course because healthcare sucks! my therapist is awesome. but I find that the results don,t last unless I go weekly. Unfortunetly that is wayyyyy expensive. For those that have tried or get massages, how often do you go? What type is the most helpful?
