Epsom salt baths are my best friend. I also take oral magnesium with calcium, I do not see a big difference with that. However I take a sublingual multiple vitamin B and that does help me alot especially with nerve pain and I get a tiny energy boost...I had read somewhere that most fibro sufferers have low vitamin D. Make sure you get about 15 minutes of sunshine or the vitamin D is not properly activated. I try to eat clean rather than depending a vitamin. While working in a Heart Catheterization Lab I could see many undissolved multi vitamins through the xray machine (usually centrum or generic centrum) inside peoples intestines. Don't waste your money. If you drop a pill into a glass of warm water it should dissolve in 30 minutes. I hope that helps you.
