Welcome Bell03! I'm sorry you have to go through fibro, but this community is a safe place for you to vent on bad days. And it's filled with lots of suggestions from a caring supportive group who understands chronic pain. I've had fibro for about 10-11 years, and some days it sucks the life right out of me, while other days it's the least of my chronic pain issues. Be open minded to try various suggestions and tips that might be helpful to you. Because we are all different there is no one thing that works for us all.
Take care of yourself and try not to feel guilty if you can't do everything you plan to. Learning how to cope, what works, what triggers your flare up, and your level of endurance, you learn it all with time. Bell03 have you checked for food allergies. My neice has fibro really bad, but her non traditional doctor took her off gluten , white sugars, corn, soy, nitrates, and I don't know what else. That worked miracle for her. Then after I was dx w fibro that was the first thing I was told. No gluten. It truly helps.
