Well..I've been doing a modified cleanse for the last three weeks now. Basically I drink detox water in the morning before I est or drink anything. 8oz this is made of gallon of water two lemons and one orange slice the fruit and place in the water let sit over night. I do big volume of veggies and I make my own dressing I eat fish two or three times a week. And I do resistance bands training five to ten minutes a day for days a week as I can .

Actually today not so great. Had a migraine for almost 12 hours no appetite. Just felt yucky.. But I'll see a Dr on Wed about my sleep issues so hopefully I'll get some useful answers.

Thanks..I also do fruit smoothies and Greek yogurt.. Im thinking my feeling bad is due to weather changes and decreasing temperature
