Let me fix it here.. So I've been doing a modified cleanse for a bout 2 weeks and I got on the scale today and I was nervous because I was in a lot of pain and I thought I had a lot of inflammation but surprisingly i have lost 10lbs in the past two weeks. There better ..lol
Well..I've been doing a modified cleanse for the last three weeks now. Basically I drink detox water in the morning before I est or drink anything. 8oz this is made of gallon of water two lemons and one orange slice the fruit and place in the water let sit over night. I do big volume of veggies and I make my own dressing I eat fish two or three times a week. And I do resistance bands training five to ten minutes a day for days a week as I can .
