Finding a Dr who will listen to you?

i have been looking for a Dr that will listen to my problems to no avail. What is a good way to find the ONE that will hear me.

I dont know, but please let me know when you have found out. Yes they are sods aren't they, they just dont seem to give a toss about listening to you. If they felt our pain perhaps they would listen and be a bit more sympathetic.

I've had luck with doctors finally listening to me about my pain, only after I voluntarily went to many specialist. These include Rheumatologist, Neurologist, Psychotrist and Pain Management. It's sad that this has to be done, but there so many wrong doers trying to get hign or make money on pain meds.

believe in your self , get your MD to order relative tests MRI X-ray ct whatever get a referral to a pain specialist fight for yourself always remain pleasant with the medical folks even if you do not feel that way describe your pain in concrete terms limited walking difficulty sleeping going up stairs do not tell them if you drink or take non medical drugs you do not need to be labelled as a drug seeker do not give up
