So today went well. Busy as usual. Made full.breakfast for family then started on full lunch. Well almost I fort the peas. Buti roasted a chicken with potatoes and carrots and crescent rolls.. Then helped my mom and dad with there meds and helped entertain visitors coming to see my mom. My sister came over in the morning and is still here to help me where I fall off. But still a full day.
My pain is aa mixed bag. Whole right side is like I've fallen and twisted aall the muscles the inside of of both thighs are in fire a d I can't stop sweating . I'm writing this now because I've taken a break because I was having trouble breathing.
I just really need a break from all the mess.

Newfibrogirl, I am glad that in your eyes the day went well. I'm sure that it got overwhelming when you were having visitors, etc. now that you are taking a break, try to do some meditation and deep abdominal breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. With each exhale, relax a different muscle group. Start from your head and continue until you work your way all the way to your feet. That should help the anxiety and muscle spasms subside so you can breathe better. Hang in there, love.. You can do this and with the extra support of your sister moving in is a bonus. {{{Hugs}}} and prayers.💕🙏🏻🌻
