I agree, I have bad hand/finger and foot/toe pain that never stops, it just varies a little all above 7 on the pain scale. Even my skin is severely sensitive to touch. Shower water hurts.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a rough time of it. I deal with pain in my hands as well and it definitely makes you realize how much you do. Is your pain muscular or skeletal? Mine is mostly skeletal and I've found that something as simple as soaking my hands in warm-hot water helps ease the pain. I hope you find some relief and that it eases soon.

Laalaa, buy a pair of crafter's gloves with the finger tips missing; any store with sewing or stitching/crocheting supplies will have them. They will help keep your fingers and hands warmers, as well as provide a slight compression. I bought my first pair after someone on this site told me about them. I am on my third pair! 🙂💕🙏🌸

Oh i will! Im not sure if my pain is muscular or skeletal because it just feels all over with swelling. Ill definatly do the hot water soaking. I have to get crafters gloves!!i have thermal socks which definstly help my cold feet!
I find the pain in my hands gets worse in the afternoons/evenings

Did you know you can buy the winter gloves that the fingertips are cut out, but it has a flip over section to cover them that makes them look like mittens? You could get a pair for cold weather and wear the crafter's gloves the rest of the time.
