Are you talking about where you shade the affected area in? I need to go look again. :) brb

Oh and welcome to the community. Which app are you using? The pain companion or catch my pain?

I use the Catch My Pain app for charting My Pain. And the Pain Companion app for the community. On the charting the first part will show a body and up at the left top corner what looks like a crayon. Click on it to choose the color that matches the intensity of your pain. Then "color" in the areas that hurt. In the bottom right is an arrow. Clicking it will take you to the next view. There are four in total. So color in all areas that you are feeling pain in on each screen. Make sure you change the color to match what your pain level is in each area. (i hope that makes sense). Then click through each page. There's one for posting the time frame. Then for marking the intensity of your worse pain.. The next page shows several descriptions. Check each one that applies. Page 5 let's you chart your stress levels. Page 6 charts the weather pattern at time of charting. Then page 7 let's you add notes. Not sure what others do but I try to chart anything that might have made things worse (car wreck, falls etc) and anything that helped.

Does that help or am I not understanding your question. I have fibro fog today. Lol. Anything's possible.
