First physio finally

Well I had my first physio finally and got a diagnosis of frozen shoulder! No wonder I have been having so much pain! Argggh!😁

Thanks all! I hope so too! I have done some research and it can be up to3 years or possibly surgery! Let's hope for better results than that! 😞

If you're in with a physio, I would reckon more like 1.5 years or less :) and likely no surgery. Good luck!

Physio is such a big help. I've just started on my thigh and legs as I fell downstairs last year from top to bottom on my bottom and nearly died due to loss of blood into the base of my spine and right bum cheek. Since then the muscle have healed around it making it difficult for me to walk correctly.
Hopefully it will work for you.

Thanks everyone for your Kind thoughts. I have also started a new pain medication as well, hopefully that helps. Although there are some uncomfortable side effects.😞
