I hope everyone had a peaceful night's sleep last night... I for one, unfortunately, did not. I went to bed at 11 and woke up at 1:15 and that was with a sleeping pill!!! I've been up ever since. I'm exhausted today so I'm going to get the little things I need to do today done and then I can nap if my body lets me. I hope you all have a peaceful and light pain day.

Always so sorry to here you had a rough night. I took my melatonin @9:00 last night and fell asleep at 10:00,but woke up at 12:15 with my rt shoulder killing me got up and took my hydrocodn ( norco) and couldn't go back to sleep so I read on my Kindle until after 1:00 and fell back to sleep. Roused back up but refused to get and fell back to sleep two more times. Got up around 7:15 my service dog had one of her front feet bleeding. By the time I got her to lay on the bed and let me look @ it got it cleaned up it had stopped, I never could see where it was cut. Why is it that I feel like I was beat up all over and soo tired like I hadn't slept @ all.lol it's a visious circle sorry for my spelling. Hope everyone has a great day as pain free as possible.

No worries, Weezie. You are so tired because you didn't get into a deep enough sleep. If you read about Fibro and the other stuff we deal with, you'll get a better understanding of what's going on with our sleep patterns. I hope you get to take a nap and that you get a better night's sleep tonight.

I use to have a problem falling asleep and staying asleep. Now most nights, 2 of 3 avg, I fall asleep just fine. But staying asleep is out of the question. If my bladder isn't waking me pain is. I'd say I wake 3-4x each night, and it started with the fibro symptoms.

Ambien use to help me sleep 5-6 hr before waking. But I began having side effects & having to up my dosage or I couldn't even fall asleep. I had to come off of it.

I do try to avoid caffeine after 1pm every day. I also avoid stress of any kind if possible, trying to relax. I have drank sleepytime tea but now I'm allergic to some of the ingredients. I don't take baths because I can no longer get up & down in a bathtub. If I had the money I'd hire someone to give me a massage before bedtime...shucks! Lol
