Has anyone had any luck with guaifenesin for Fibro pain?

No, i tried it and all it did was make me sick and nauseous. It's suppose to help by removing all the built up acid trapped in our muscles, the same way it's helps clear out the your lungs when u have mucus build up.

Wow so sorry to hear that. I just went to the store and got some and took one so we'll see if it works or not.

There is a protocol that has researched effectiveness but it required you follow a protocol that elemenates salicylic acid from your environment. It is in many of products & foods we use every day.

The Guaifenisen Protocol requires understanding & commitment to following the advice & guidance in the book "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Fibromyalgia." It's imperative to follow the information in the book. It requires daily step by step decisions on what you eat & what you use on your body. It helps us avoid poisons in our food, personal care products and other sources so we can reduce our muscle pain, fatigue and mental fog/confusion.
