Has anyone found a medication combo that actually works.

I'm just wondering I'm still struggling with uncontrollable temps changes the biting shock feeling is somewhat better but not total gone. Sleep is also still hit and miss. And on top of all this I'm still working on this incision to close. So at times the biting shocking feeling hits my surgery site so u can imagine how that feels.
One thing for sure I'm gonna have to call my dr and move up my appointment.

Newfibrogirl, I know you posted before about the shock feelings, and it didn't seem on me until I saw this post. My neck surgery was in August, and every time I rub the area around the incision (because it suddenly tingles or itches) I get this workshop shooting pain along the scar that lingers a few minutes as it turns into a burning sensation. Maybe we are both having delayed pain in the nerves at the incisions? Hugs love and prayers it goes away for both of us! 🙂💕🙏🌸

Flappys, when I say I've been having a time with these new pains and symptoms it is rough. And with me being in a transition with transferring my pain care I'm really at a loss. As for the incision pain yes, it could be some sort of fibro delayed thing. Between thst and the weather changing so dramatically I've been in a bad place. I'm not sure what's gonna happen now once I go back to my gp for my fibromayalgia care. He specializes in it and is a very good doctor in relation to my other health needs. I pray he is just as good with fibro.

Diet, epsom salt baths, heat packs,
And exercise work for me. I know exercise sounds hard if you can't make it across the room.

I started with just making it out of my room and pushed myself every day to do a little more it's hard but you'll be surprised how you feel the more you do.
