Have a plan, set goals

When you suffer from pain your life changes: you might find yourself no longer able to do tasks and activities that you did before. However, many pain experts recommend to try and work towards being able to do those things again, especially if you liked doing them. Maybe you want to go back to travelling or going out? Or there are berries in your garden that you would like to pick again when they ripen? Maybe you would walk regularly and increase distances to get back to hiking?


Are there any goals like this that you set for yourself? Do you make a plan on how you can achieve them? What do you do in difficult moments when it does not work the way you want?
