CatchMyPain Community and Pain Diary App to manage chronic illness

Hello - first post!

I'm a chronic pain sufferer; neck, head, shoulder and jaw. I've been diagnosed with cervicogenic headache, chronic migraine, daily headache, cervical dystonia, TMJ/TMDD, RSD, cervical stenosis, bulging disks, blah, blah, blah. All I know is I'm in pain every day - like many of you, I live in my own personal hell. I'm not sure how much more of this I can take (or my poor body). And of course, I'm super-depressed. I'm on LTD at work (HATE Liberty Mutual, the administrator of the plan - they seem to think everyone is disingenuous), just applied for SSD. My life sounds like a ton of fun, right? I will say prayers for everyone of you that is suffering. It's time to end chronic pain! I know the tools are available, but most Drs won't prescribe them because others have abused the drugs so much (who's prescribing all those pain meds anyway)? Getting a dr to give me a mere Vicodin was like pulling teeth. I hope to get to know some of you.

Yes!! My dr is concerned about RSD because I had a traumatic brain injury when I was 15. Ketamine infusions are very helpful - if you can find a local Dr that does them. I live in San Francisco. Good luck; so sorry for your pain! 😓
