I have suffered for about 8 yrs. with odd pain symptoms. Last year dr sat down with me and went over everything. Conclusion was fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.

I am sorry to hear that. 8 years is a long time. I have been suffering for over 6 years. Was there any specific cause which started your pain? In my case it started slowly and increased over time. But I cannot tie it to any specific trigger. Maybe I worked too much. Some of the doctors I have seen also told me I probably have fibro. But it sounded to me like they don't know what I really have. In the meantime, I am feeling better. Turned out my shoulder muscles were very tense (probably from working too much at the computer). Physical therapy and working out regularly helped me a lot. But it was a very long and hard journey.

I think it was a series of things. Starting with a car accident while having a panic attack ( I was not driving & it was my first attack). Things went downhill from there with horrible anxiety then a bad stomach virus that happened twice. From that point on fatigue and pain. I have had a good bit of test to rule out most... except lupus which is next.

Glad you are feeling much better! That is wonderful!
