Just wondered if any of my fellow fibro sufferers get breathless before a flare up I'm still learning about symptoms X

Hey Fibrogirl. I have episodes of breathlessness, but I also have asthma. There have been many unexplained episodes of breathlessness over two years, not sure to my asthma. Your question is interesting, and I will have to really pay attention to see if there is a connection now. πŸ™‚πŸ™πŸŒΌπŸ’•

Hi lady
Know what about a year ago I ended up in hospital with breathlessness they thought it was a chest infection but X-rays showed no infection this has now happened again it's not every time I have a flare but then that changes all the time X Thanks for your reply xxx

I have breathlessness when I have Fibro. I notice when I am suffering the pain and I am trying to make my body relax from all the pain, my body has trouble getting air. I will sometimes put my cpap on while I am awake just because of that. I will ache so much and feel feverish and fell breathless.

I find that I suffer with breathing problems when I've got a flare-up of fibro. I'm having a flare-up for the last few weeks and my breathing has been bad. Just try and relax and it does get easier. Or that seems to ease mine.

Thank you
I'm trying so hard to relax but it's very difficult as you know. I'm starting to think bad thoughts again about this flare

Look at it this way you will learn something new from each flare-up and that makes it easier for the next time, whenever that will be. There's people on here that knows what you are thinking and feeling. That as my nan would say been there and bought the T-shirt and jeans to go with it. I also went back for the shoes and handbag as well. They will be able to help and if not, they will listen ,it makes all the difference to know that there is someone else out there that goes through the same pain in the ass and everywhere else symptoms as you do. You are not alone.
