I think I have never slept solid more than an hour every night for the 25 years I have been living with fibromyalgia. I decided to try a sleeping mask and I sleep much better. It kind of eliminates the distractions that would make sleeping so difficult. It doesn't eliminate ghe waking from painful moving position but so much better than before.
Kathylm, thank you so much for the suggestion. I need to leave my tv on for background noise when I go to bed because I can't shut my head off. That would block out the flickering shadows of light and dark from the screen. I'm going to try it. Have a good day.🌻🙏🏻
