Help. Stuck on toilet

Mar 26, 2016 12:55 AM

It feels like vertigo. Move my head and I'm on the waltzers, sat on toilet with head in sink throwing up. Had it all day yesterday too, but worse this morning. Can't walk, dare not move cos I'm just gonna end up back here in few minutes. It's 6am and I'm naked...sat on the toilet... With my head in the sink... What a day.

Managed to get to bed. Slept most of the day. Had a slice of bread at 3pm and some water. Husband watching TV, so had to get the dry bread myself. Wouldn't want to disturb him. What an asshole

Do you often have vertigo? Is it a stomach virus or bad allergies? I am in Texas and we have so much oak pollen that our cars and streets are yellow. Sounds like what we call "2 bucket sickness" basically the sh!ts and pukes. Keep hydrated and tell that husband of yours that you need some assistance. He can watch TV another time. I am sure you would be helping him if the tables were reversed. Hope you get better soon. Send him out to get you some pedialyte that will help you from becoming too dehydrated. Also BRAT diet until your GI track settles down-B-bananas, R-rice, A-applesauce and T-toast. Also Emetrol is a good anti nausea (liquid works pretty fast) that is over the counter, sometimes you just have to ask the pharmacist. Get well soon.

Scrossy, are you dehydrated?? When I get dehydrated or my Dad does, I get very dizzy and feel sick to my stomach. Please, if you've been vomiting, make sure you drink water to replenish and also it will help you to not damage yourself if you get the dry heaves. I hope someone is there with you so you're not alone. If it gets worse, call an ambulance and go to the ER. Sending you gentle {{{Hugs}}} and prayers that you feel better fast.. And that you don't throw up down my back while I'm hugging you.. LOL!!💕🙏🏻🌻

Hahaha thanks. I've had labrynthitis before, so its probably same again. I let him have it so he's been sat on bed all evening trying to sort bedroom TV out for me. And sorted dinner out (well... Ordered takeaway- but still). We'll 111 helpline tomorrow if still as bad.
