So might as well eat mini muffins and juice.. I hate these late night hours so quite yet so loud. Mostly from my body screaming for attention but me not know what to do for it.

Newfibrogirl I know exactly what you mean - I couldn't sleep last night so spent my time from 1am to 4:40am on here reading and offering what little advice I have to give.
I fell to sleep not long after that with my phone in my hand and my glasses on!!!
I hope you enjoy your mini muffins and juice and are able to get some restorative sleep.
Sending you { { { BIG GENTLE HUGS } } } XX

That sucks, I know the painsomnia well. Is there anything a doctor can give you?
If not I have a hot shower then I lay down and listen to a long podcasts on youtube, you know the ones where they talk about nothing?
That usually gets me to sleep.
Or just ask your doctor for some valium =p

Well I'm have Ambien but my script csnt be refilled yet. Oddly enough I'm finding that if I drink some coffee during this time it actually helps me to go to sleep . But it has to be during the painsomia. I've tried it earlier in the night when I just wanted to be sleep and I was wide awake. Just add that to list if weird things this new life has to offer.

Mknight I've found in this flair up background noise actually irritates me and makes my tinitus worse......I've tried the long podcasts and meditation music as well as leaving the TV on and normal music at night it just irritates me!
Just my TN and tinitus being awkward!
Newfibrogirl coffee has never stopped me from sleeping if I'm tired I'll sleep if painssomnia kicks in not much helps
