Hi everyone. Hope everyone is good. I have constant back pain and joint pain pretty much all over sporadically everyday. The doctors gave given me gabapentin to try as dihydrocodine doesn't work much anymore but I don't think they'll work cause that's for nerve pain. Does anyone have any experience of using gabapentin for these sorts of symptoms? Thanks xx

Welcome to our community family Sazza! I've been offline more than online for two weeks and I'm still trying to catch up on posts. Personally speaking I've only been on gabapentin for 2 weeks but so far it seems to have lessened my neuropathy pains.

This is a great community of new found friends. There is no judgement here, only support, advice, answers, and such. We laugh, very, rant, rave, are afraid, etc. And there's always someone here to help another. We are a diverse group with different medical issues, experiences & treatments. But we all understand chronic pain. I'm sure many others will respond who have more experience with gabapentin. Good luck with gabapentin! Hugs & prayers for you! 🙏🌼

On gabapentin a year and a half 300/300/600 doses. Only noticed it helps my pain seizures like things. Still have tons on pain, joint, spine skin, miluscle, tendon ok everything. On plenty of other meds too. I can say i would be afraid to see what I am like without it again I don't think my body could handle the seizure like episodes again.

I have found that when it comes to my back pain, it involves a lot of nerve pain. So I have found the medicine useful along with my pain medication.
